Terms and Conditions – Whole House Deals

1. The Whole House Deal is based on a total of 70m2 average 3 bedroom house, which is the average total metreage required to fit a whole house in carpets.

Please note underlay is not included in this deal, this is purely optional if you required underlay it will cost you A extra £200.

2. The fitting and delivery is free within a 25 mile radius of Luton ( lu4 8nu,) and thereafter additional delivery charges will apply. Ask for details

3. The Whole House Deal is only available using the same colour throughout the house.

4. Should you wish to add additional rooms that take the total metreage over 80m2, we will be happy to provide a quotation.

5. No refunds are available should the total be less than 70m2, though we will be happy to provide a separate quotation for smaller areas which may not be at the same price per m2 as the Whole House Deal.

6.Kitchens and bathrooms are not included in this deal. We are happy to provide you with a quote for supplying vinyl in the “wet” areas in the house too, including the kitchen, bathroom, en-suite, w.c. and utility areas where carpet is not recommended.
7. Should you wish to purchase a carpet that is more expensive than or not included in those within the Whole House Deal selection, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.

9. If you decide to proceed after selecting colour of your choice a deposit payment of £50 has to made in order to confirm order and to get a fixed fitting date and the remaining balance has to be paid cash once the job has been completed.
